Class Registration Policies

Payment: Payment for classes is required for registration.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal
Schedule Changes: Every effort will be made to hold classes on the days and times listed.  We, however, reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes. If your class is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified of the new date/time.  If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee for that class.

Refund Policy:
You will receive 100% of your class registration fee less $10.00 should you formally withdraw (call 508-259-6210) from any class at least 7 days prior to the start of the class.  No refund will be granted if you withdraw less than 7 days prior to the class date.


Product Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
